B. Improv's signature professional development workshop
Leading with presence
Lead with Presence.
Develop Through Play.
Leading with Presence is a one-day, six-hour professional development workshop rooted in the tools of improvisation.

Actors train every day in presence, adaptability, listening, and trust — the same skills required of effective leaders. This workshop brings those tools off the stage and into real-world leadership practice. Participants learn how to listen more fully, respond with clarity, navigate uncertainty, and lead from embodied presence rather than pressure.

Through guided improvisation, facilitated play, and reflective leadership exercises, participants reconnect to their natural leadership style with confidence, creativity, and joy. They leave with a deeper capacity to build trust, support collaboration, and lead in ways that people genuinely want to follow.
