Our Annual

Why B. Improv?

Actors train every day in presence, listening, adaptability, and trust — the same skills required of effective leaders. We believe that the same tools actors and improvisors use to transform themselves can transform leaders.

B. Improv brings those tools off the stage and into the workplace through facilitated, embodied experiences that help teams:

  • Communicate with clarity and confidence

  • Navigate uncertainty and change

  • Build trust and psychological safety

  • Strengthen collaboration and emotional intelligence

  • Lead in ways people genuinely want to follow

This is not performance.
It’s practice.

And you don't need improv experience. Just a willingness to play.

What a Corporate Engagement Can Look Like

Corporate engagements with B. Improv are designed in partnership with each organization, shaped by the people in the room and the real dynamics they are navigating. Rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, the work adapts to context — meeting teams where they are and supporting meaningful shifts in how they communicate, collaborate, and lead together.

Each engagement centers experiential practice and real-time learning, allowing leaders and teams to explore new ways of working in a rigorous, human, and engaging environment.

All experiences are:

  • Highly interactive

  • Facilitated live (in-person or virtual)

  • Designed to be immediately applicable
